Delivery & Returns
Curated Stories Final Sale items are all non-refundable, we do not accept any exchanges or returns. All sales are final. Below terms or refunds, returns and exchanges do not apply from 21st July onwards.
DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 UK LOCK DOWN, WE HAVE MADE THE DECISION TO ONLY DESPATCH PARCELS ONCE A WEEK IN ORDER TO AVOID PUTTING OURSELVES AND OTHERS AT RISK. THIS WILL EFFECT THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES, STATED BELOW.
UK Standard Delivery: £5 Estimated delivery time 2-5 working day
Europe: £15 Estimated delivery time 5-10 working days
Rest of the world: £25 Estimated delivery time 10-14 days
Once you have placed an order you will receive an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we have dispatched your order. If you have provided us your mobile number and would prefer to receive the information by text please leave us a note when making your payment.
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for or Next Day delivery within UK. We require for you to sign the delivery on receipt so please make sure you are available to receive your order, or someone you trust is.
For Curated Stories orders placed before 12pm on a working day we aim to dispatch on the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be sent on the next working day. Please note some items might not be available on the day of the purchase due to availability however we will contact you as soon as any delays may be expected. Always read carefully item description of the product you are purchasing as it may include additional information regarding delivery times.
Delivery times are estimates and subject to delays which are outside the control of Curated Stories, however we aim to deliver all orders as soon as we can.
All orders dispatched within mainland UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding local, bank and public holidays. Once fully processed we aim to deliver all UK orders within approximately 5 working days (depending on your chosen delivery method).
We deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isle of White and the Isle of Man with no extra cost however the estimated delivery times may be extended. For Jersey and Guernsey please see notes for Europe and International deliveries. We do not deliver to multiple addresses, delivery charges will be applied for each address.
On occasion there may be a supplementary delivery charge for certain locations or larger items and we reserve the right to request this charge before dispatching the order. We will do this as soon as we become aware of the additional charges and will contact you by email to make sure you are happy with this.

All our orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery and may require your signature on arrival. Estimated delivery time within Europe is 5-10 working days, 10-14 days for the rest of the world, excluding any local, bank or public holidays.
Any customs duties and taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer as these procedures are outside of Curated Stories jurisdiction.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Return: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return the item/s to us within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging for a refund, in store or online. You must do this at your own cost and ensure all items you wish to return will reach us in original, re-saleable condition. Curated Stories does not offer free returns.
Always ensure you have a proof of postage for items you send back to us and everything is packaged securely. Curated Stories is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. The valid return period is 14 days for UK and International customers. Items for return after the return period will not be accepted. The period begins upon the receipt of the delivery. Items that have been used/worn or arrive back to us broken, damaged or not in original packaging will not be eligible for return and you will be notified by email. All original packaging, stickers and labels must be attached to all returned items.
Items exempt from refund or exchange: lingerie bottoms, earrings, socks, sprays and aerosols, magazines and books. If you are unsure if what you have purchased is eligible for return or exchange please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before buying.
Refunds (if applicable): Once we have received the goods in eligible condition we will notify you by email. If your item is not redeemed eligible we will notify you by email also. Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment less the delivery charges within 24 hours of the receipt of the returned goods. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is initiated. Please note the funds can take up to five working days to show up on your account.
All returns should be sent to 54 Claremont Street, Aberdeen AB10 6RA clearly labelled RETURN.
For international returns please mark the parcel with RETURNED GOODS to avoid custom charges.
